Showroom visit + free 3D design. We draw your bathroom before anything is ordered. (Week 1)
2 · Select
Choose every product — suite, tiles, taps — with your designer guiding decisions. (Week 1–2)
3 · Specify
Fixed written specification. No scope surprises. You approve everything before it leaves the showroom. (Week 2)
4 · Install
Our own installation team. Full project managed. Daily updates, site clean each day. (Weeks 3–5)
5 · Aftercare
Snagging visit, care guide, guarantee documentation. We don't disappear at handover. (Post-install)
